goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

(“TrailCom”) provides the following warranty in relation to the
Trojan trailer parts range and subsequent brands sold by TrailCom (“TrailCom
product ”).
Nothing
in this warranty is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying
any Australia legislation applicable to the supply of goods and services which
cannot be so excluded, restricted or modified.

information form supplied with the products.
Delivery
information
Most
orders (extra-large item excluded) are shipped via Australia Post and the
tracking number will be sent to your email as collecting by AP staff. In
general term it should cost 3-7 business days to deliver. If it fails to be
received in 10 business days please contact us.
Return
and Refund
If the item you received doesn’t match the description in the
original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, we accepted
unconditionally the return request in 30 days after your ordering. Contact us
for request and the return label will be sent to you as soon as possible. Bring
your item to near Australia Post office and ship it back to us, and the refund
is finished.
